Its kind of an unwritten rule that once you are over the age of 40 you’re not suppose to wear frosted eye shadow.  Why?  Well, it’s not because you’re too old.  Unfortunately, its because after the age of 40 the delicate tissue on the eye lid has lost approximately 28% of the elasticity and the skin starts to thin and sag.   Yup, that’s me…  AND I HATED THE WAY MY EYES WERE SHOWING MY AGE!!

One Year on Stemulation
